Idyll in Roztocze — Sopot House

We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Roztocze, Podlesina; Uroczysko on the bicycle trail

If you like the forest, silence, nature and cycling/jogging, this is the place for you. Podlesina is a village in the forest, on the route of the Central Cycling Trail of Roztocze. Children forget about screens, absorbed in watching frogs at the spring and rolling down the sandy hill straight to the playground. It is a great starting point for exploring Roztocze: Szumy nad Tanwią, Zwierzyniec, kayaking, Szczebrzeszyn, Zamość in close proximity. Lviv is only 90 km away. The summer house in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). The Zakątek facility is located in Przemyśl on Zasań. There are interesting places in the area. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with standard equipment, a microwave and a fridge, as well as 1 bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The equipment also includes air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. The area is popular with skiing and cycling enthusiasts. Near the apartment there are shops, a milk bar, a restaurant, and a taxi.

In the season, you can enjoy mushroom picking and in winter, a charming view. In summer, you can use local kayaking services or relax by the lagoon located 10-15 minutes' walk from the cottage. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene apartment. This unique place consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The location in a quiet place makes it possible to fully relax here 😊 A walk to the bus/train station will take you no more than 7 minutes, to the Market Square - 15 minutes, to the shopping mall - 3 minutes. IMPORTANT: please note the stairs, which may be a problem for some.

Forest House on the Tanwią / Riverclose Cottage

The cottage is located in a quiet summer housing estate in the middle of the Solska Forest. Here you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the singing of birds and the fresh air of the pine forest. There are many walking and cycling routes in the area, and canoeing trips are organized on the Tanew River, which flows 50m from the cottage. In the evening, we recommend lighting a fire or a barbecue :)

Roztocze, Susiec, Paary - Bee and Friends

A more than 100-year-old yard at the end of the quiet village of Paary between Suśce and Narol in the Central Roztocze. The property is located in the Solska Forest Landscape Park. A large yard with an orchard to the east and to the west borders directly with the picturesque fields typical of Roztocze from the north with the above-mentioned Forest.

The cottage is located in the village of Lipsko near Narol. There are 4 beds, a kitchen and a bathroom - the total area is 30 m2. The border crossing in Hrebenno is about 20 km away, Zamość is 60 km away, and Rzeszów is about 120 km away. The cottage is located in a beautiful area.
