Outside is a spacious private balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting. Bathroom has separate toilet, shower and washing machine. Also a powder room. Parking for multiple vehicles at the end and 1 undercover park.

Family space at our peaceful corner of a beautiful riverland almond orchard. The prettiest view is almond blossom in spring! Some mornings you may see kangaroos, emus or even the local deer going through the orchard. Pets are welcome to enjoy their holidays with family. Pet mattress available.
