My flat is located in the center of Pipa, directly at the center beach (Praia do Centro). From the balcony you have a beautiful seaview. The flat has a queensize bed, a sleeping couch, airconditioning, a bathroom and a kitchenette with refridgerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, a toaster and a water boiler. The flat is on the 2nd floor, and right above on the 3rd floor is the swimming pool with bar and a great view on central beach.

Our unit is on the 1st floor, please note that we do not have a protective screen on the balcony or the two windows.
