New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Near an aerodrome for aviation enthusiasts, 6 minutes from the town of Thouars and its various shops (supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, cinema, its historic center, its castle, its ramparts, as well as its market deemed). On the Thouars-Poitiers axis, 50min from Futuroscope, 1h10 from Puy du Fou, 25min from center parks.

Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.
