Very quiet studio in detached house

Independent studio, on the ground floor of a detached house, with equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction stove), large bathroom (Italian shower), new bedding (April 2024). Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 10-minute walk to the center of Figeac. Free shuttle 100 m away. Free enclosed parking on site. Well-behaved pets are welcome. I've always lived in the area and I'll be happy to tell you about the tours not to be missed!

La Closerie - relaxation and calm

The Gite is 15 minutes from the historic center of Sarlat and 5 minutes from the Dordogne (La Roque-Gageac). Secluded in a hamlet near the village, the cottage is composed of a large living room, living-dining room (with kitchen), three bedrooms and a shower room – toilet. The outside is wooded, with garden furniture, sun loungers, BBQ and has a private pool. The place is quiet in connection with nature (Deer, deer, fox visible)

La Petite Caussenarde Gîte

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in the heart of the Lot countryside. Close to highway exits and tourist sites (Cahors, Rocamadour, Padirac etc...) We have chosen not to include sheets and towels in the price. I can provide them for the price of 15 euros per bed (beds made). However, you can bring your own linens. For a 7-night stay, free bed linens and towels.

The property is for people who enjoy the countryside with all it offers. eg cows, birds of all kinds, small animals, night life. The setting is within nature with direct access to woods from the garden which is not fenced. The pool is a natural pool filtered by plants. with frogs and other water based wildlife. These features are important to note if you decide to book this place.
