4-person cottage on 5000 m2 private land, with fenced pool (shared with the owner). No direct view of the owner's house and the surrounding area. Located in a typical hamlet with views of the Auvergne mountains and the Corrèze countryside, quiet and natural. At the crossroads of Lot, Cantal and close to the Dordogne River. Le Petit Séchoir de Léa, completely renovated in 2020, 2 km from the historic center of Sarlat-la-Canéda, close to shopping malls and the Dordogne. Its layout consists of a kitchen/dining room (microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senseo, toaster...) and a TV with PS4. Outside area includes table and chairs for 6 people + barbecue + parasol.
