Idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate du zénith et offrant un accès direct depuis l'aéroport de Blagnac, l'hypercentre de Toulouse et l'hôpital Purpan, notre bel appartement T3 cosy, calme et confortable n'attend plus que vous ! Que vous voyagiez seul, en couple, en famille, entres amis ou collègues. Renovated 2-room apartment in a private and secure residence, with parking space in the basement, in a quiet area and close to all amenities. Easy access, 6 minutes from the airport by car, 5 minutes from the Parc des Expositions, 4 minutes from the Aéroscopia Museum, 5 minutes from a large shopping mall; tram stop 2 steps away (T1) which allows you to reach the center of Toulouse. A few meters away, you will also find: restaurants, bakery, gym, clinic, garden and a large park.

Beautiful renovated old apartment (120 m2) in duplex, air-conditioned, in beautiful old half-timbered building from the 16th century. Very quiet (between 2 inner courtyards) and very bright (east/west facing) with beautiful volumes. Located in the Carmes district, historic heart of Toulouse, a mixture of history, culture, gastronomy and art. The neighborhood is pedestrianized and secured by a terminal that only allows access to neighborhood residents.
