*Please note our change in policy. We now only accommodate 2 guests and no pets. Modern, comfortable and private in a residential part of town. Use of decking area for those nice warm days. Easy parking off street. Owners live on site and are available most of the time. A key safe is in place if needed. 3 restaurants within 5 minutes walk as is the West beach. Moray Golf Club's 2 courses just a 4 minute walk and visiting golfers are welcome although sometimes it takes a bit longer to get home🍷

Dating from 1867, it is beautifully furnished in a coastal style with a spacious double bedroom and a bright open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Centrally situated, it's a few minutes walk from the harbour, marina, 2 gorgeous sandy beaches and local restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. Number 7 is a stylish cottage in the sought after west end of Elgin. It is just a short walk from the city’s vibrant array of cafes, bars, restaurants and the home of Gordon&MacPhail for the whisky lovers. Recently refurbished with traditional features, including the original cast iron roll top bath for which we highly recommended a relaxing dip with lots of bubbles. This is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Moray Coast, Aberdeenshire and the Highlands.

A well-preserved historic building features distinct architectural details, including stone facades and ornate chimneys. Large windows allow for natural light, while the surrounding greenery enhances the setting. The structure showcases a blend of traditional design and modern renovations.
