Air conditioned, street level attached studio with a full kitchen and dedicated entrance. The studio is actually close to the beach, it takes about a minute to walk there. Located close to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants near the south end of the boardwalk. This place is attached to a house also on Airbnb with it's separate entrance and no shared areas.

Relax in this quiet and joyful space, with beautiful views of the sea and the seafront of Tijuana. Parking is on the street, but there is a private parking lot near the apartment with a cost. My apartment is not suitable for people who cannot climb stairs. I am on the 6th floor without an elevator.
