Son Blanc, 1 km from Ciutadella, between the beaches of Platja Gran (900 meters) and Sa Caleta (400 meters). 120 m2 surface area, all on the ground floor, on a 630 m2 plot. Entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living room with large windows with access to the rear terrace, with a swimming pool (fenced) surrounded by artificial grass. A paved patio in the front. Air conditioning, osmosis, Wi-Fi, 2-meter beds.
