Located on the seafront in Barbate, renovated, in perfect condition and excellent cleanliness. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a terrace, an elevator, and direct access to the beach. It is located in the center of the promenade near restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc.

A shared rooftop terrace is presented with seating arrangements including a table and chairs. Potted plants add greenery, while views of the beach and surrounding buildings create an inviting atmosphere. The sky is clear and blue, enhancing the outdoor space.
