Great new family owned villa located in Roda Golf resort, just 45 min from Alicante airport. Spacious villa of 153 sqm, with 4 bedrooms, a total of 8 beds and 3,5 bathrooms. The Los Narejos neighborhood also has good restaurants and shopping centers. Ice cream parlors, swimming pool, tennis courts. A 6-kilometer-long promenade that can be explored by bicycle or on foot.
