New addition of two air-conditioned areas (living room and double bedroom). It is a completely renovated plant,with a lot of tranquility and light. We have a double bed and two single beds of 90cm. We have wifi,Wii,TV, a full kitchen but no oven. Independent bathroom on the same floor and underfloor heating throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be common or independent at the discretion of each guest. Balcony with beautiful views and backyard with barbecue.

A nice house with an interior patio.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

This home breathes peace of mind: Relax with the whole family! The house is located next to the garden where you can walk and ride a bike enjoying the surroundings. At 2 minutes ,the center of Las Torres de Cotillas where you have all the services, 500 mtrs there is a large Supermarket, a restaurant, a cafeteria and even a gas station, so you do not miss anything. The apartment is minutes from Murcia and about 40 minutes from the beaches.
