Construite en pierre de taille, elle comprend un sous-sol aménagé en salle d'eau, un rez-de-chaussée équipé pour les petits déjeuners, un étage-chambre avec voute et une terrasse panoramique avec vue ( 360°)sur l' estuaire de la Gironde. Le bâtiment est flanqué au nord-ouest d'une échauguette qui abrite un escalier à vis.

In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
