This whole floor has a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single-beds, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and heated toilet. It is heated by Air Conditioning in the living room / kitchen. 40inch Smart TV with 100+ channels, NETFLIX, 100mbs Fiber Internet. Portable outdoor grill with charcoal. Coffee machine, salt, vinegar, olive oil, sugar and coffee. We offer shampoo / gel, towels and clean sheets for each guest. We use Ozono technology for maximum sterilization of the place.

A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

We also recommend the region's gastronomy, being able to savor typical products such as Serra da Estrela Cheese and requeijão.

Casa do Socalco has a beautiful private heated pool (from May to the end of October). With contemporary decor and remarkable comfort, it is perfectly framed by the surrounding nature. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, an outdoor deck with a dining table and barbecue. Breakfast is included, with fresh bread and regional products, among others. It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.
