Quiet, in the countryside, spacious house located 5 minutes from downtown Pont-Scorff. Sometimes you have cows as neighbors, often birds singing in the early morning... From Pont-Scorff you can travel all over southern Brittany (from Vannes to Quimper) Lorient 15 minutes away with the Cité de la Voile and departures for the island of Groix. Small renovated farmhouse with modern interior and charm of the old stone. Located in a hamlet 5 minutes drive from the beach and the village. Pond on foot. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds (width 80) that can be combined into a double bed. Shower. Sheets and towels provided. Pleasant enclosed garden with table and garden furniture. Spots for hiking, surfing, paddle boarding, kite riding, mountain biking ... Wifi - Fiber. Workspace possible on request.
