Located between sea and mountain, the stone cottage is 20 minutes from the beach by car, 5 minutes from the river and about 3/4 of an hour from the site of the needles of Bavella and the plateau of Cuscione. Served by a trail that runs along the river and crosses the fields (1.5km), two agricultural barriers are to be opened and closed manually. It is desirable to come with a car a little high. Many hiking trails invite you to discover the Alta Rocca and its surroundings.

It is decorated with a terrace of 30m2 with a superb view of the Gulf of Valinco and is surrounded by a plot of 2000 m2. It consists of a main room with kitchenette and a bedroom with 1 bed in 140 cm. You will find all the shops and sports and nautical activities in Propriano at 15 min. Studio of 30 m2 on the ground floor of our house with independent entrance. The living room, with a fitted kitchen and a sleeping area (new bedding in 1.60m) overlooks the unfenced garden of 1500m2. The bathroom (toilet and walk-in shower) has washing machine and wardrobe. Linen (bed sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, towels and towels ) is provided free of charge. You can park your vehicle near the entrance to the studio.

You will have access to a table and a barbecue. The floor is in common with the second apartment.
