It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

It was home to our grandparents and our grandparents… including the old mom Carla (nona Carla), who got her name from the villa. Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife.
