In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
