'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance & is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

The House is very light and has a large bright lounge/dining area, a good size kitchen and total three bathrooms in the house. Downstairs comprises; hall/cloakroom/wc. The Upstairs, three good sized bedrooms and for guests en-suite room. The House comes with all mod cons including: WiFi available (Fibre optic Internet) Double-glazed windows, Gas central heating, Washing machine & Dishwasher Microwave, Fridge and Freezer Gas hobs Free Parking Front and beautiful back graden as well.
