Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. Enclosed house 1.3 km from Le Rocher beach by the bike path. Parking, garden furniture, barbecue WE of the ascent: rental from Thursdays to Sunday minimum Rental for groups of at least 6 people from Saturday to Saturday. It can host up to 10 adults + 3 children. I rent to fewer groups in the week during the year based on a price for 1 person for one night and €19per additional person. No dishwasher or WiFi.
