My place is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You'll love my place because of its location, comfort, and quietness, with the sound of the sea too!

We are 20 minutes from Les Sables d 'Olonnes, 50 minutes from La Rochelle and 1 hour from Puy du Fou. We are also close to the bike path "ODYSSEA" Bicycles are available for free.
