I will be happy to share with you the environment in which I have lived since I was a child. I took over my grandparents' house where the sweetness of Anjou is not a myth. Close to the center of Angers (10 minutes drive); public transport possible. Quiet and direct access to the river and hiking trails. Free access to the garden. Cozy and modern studio located close to multiple shops and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Le Mans. Welcome to my apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a quiet residence. A private parking space in the residence is at your disposal. This studio is composed of a spacious living room with a nice open equipped kitchen, with coffee, tea and condiments available. It also has a bathroom with bathtub.
