Entire Private Troglodyte loft apartment

A unique troglodyte loft decorated with art pieces. The entrance is private and the space is overlooking the terrasse with a Japanese feel to it. On the top floor you will find the bathroom with it's shower dug into the rocks. This is a very peaceful place to relax. This small winemaker village will welcome you and allow you to taste some of the best Loir valley wines. Breakfast is included and the host Luc speaks a perfect English.

A large window offers a scenic view of a well-maintained park featuring trees and a pond. Decorative items such as a vase with branches and a small green glass are placed on a wooden ledge, complementing the natural surroundings.

Loft with magnificent view, quiet, near Parc Expo Rennes

The loft was completely renovated in 2016. Quiet, it is located in a wooded park 8 km from Rennes airport, St Jacques de la Lande exhibition center and Ker Lann. It is accessed via an external metal staircase. The loft consists of an entrance with fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with a large bay window overlooking the park, TV and dining area. A sleeping area with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room and separate toilet.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

An open-plan living area is highlighted by a spacious seating arrangement in warm tones. Soft lighting enhances the inviting atmosphere. A bed with soft drapes is visible in the corner, while a dining area with a wooden table and chairs is located towards the rear.
