Das um 1780 als Rauchhaus errichtete Bauernhaus steht unter Denkmalschutz und wurde liebevoll erhalten. Ihr übernachtet in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse zur Südseite und Blick in unseren Garten. Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Hause „Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. Die Unterkunft ist ca. 40 qm groß. Sie haben einen separaten Eingang, eine Terrasse und einen Außenkamin. Für unsere Gäste spendieren wir 2 Besuche im Ostseekino. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über WLAN und besteht aus 2 Wohnräumen und Bad mit Badewanne. Entfernungen: -ca. 150 Meter Luftlinie bis zum Strand -ca. 60 Meter bis zum Supermarkt/Bäcker -ca. 10 Minuten bis zu Bahnhof

completely renovated upper floor of an old farmhouse in a magnificent landscape. 2 bedrooms and a modern kitchen, private bathroom with large shower and bath tub, living room with hifi, TV and Video, Wifi Sunny terrasse and a garden with barbecue. Bikegarage and pingpong table! We have a very friendly dog, Karla. She is used to guests and most likely will welcome you when you arrive!!
