The house has an elevator. This unique apartment is very quiet. It is freshly renovated old building hidden in Karlova area. Apartment is made of quality materials. This building renovations ended in the beginning of 2022. It is unique because there is preserved old stones in the walls. Also you can change lights for what mood you want. Lights are super cozy and romantic for couples to stay and enjoy their time. In kitchen there is all equipments for whatever you want to do. Bathroom is design in quality materials.

The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.
