There is inlaid fiber network 200/200 mbit Smart TV with satellite dish. Electricity is charged separately at DKK 4 per kW. Water settled 75, - DKK per m3 The cleaning fee goes to pool cleaning. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

The cottage is 95 sqm on two floors and is rented to 6 people (three bedrooms). It was newly renovated in the spring of 2022 and is both well furnished and cozy!! From the living room, there is access to a lovely wooden terrace. The house has fast WiFi and Chromecast. Free water park is included in the price.
