In the Heart of Wellsville, studio is located on the main level (there are 3 steps at front door) of the historic Electric Rail Depot was the Wellsville station for the interurban that ran east down Wellsville Main street from 1912-1946. This space offers a queen size bed with 70" flat screen with dvd & wifi. Has mini fridge, small microwave, sink, single coffee maker. Located right across the street from the Wellsville Tabernacle square, Kids playground and splash pad. No Smoking. No Pets.

Please let us know if you intend to use the second full bed in the home theater as it requires a little set-up time and effort. there is a single bed in the home theater you are welcome to use. Five miles from Logan in beautiful Smithfield Canyon yet still close to town. Great views, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining are all close. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is an apartment that has it's own entrance, but is attached to our main house. It has everything you need to stay. It is surrounded by nature and handicap accessible from a roll in shower to no stairs.
