A very unique A frame house situated in a silent neighbourhood on an elevated property. The main large deck is almost 7-8 meters high above the ground, with another private deck on the second level. Both decks overlook a very calming and green forest patch behind the property which is situated on a koala corridor. If you're lucky, you can spot some koalas on the trees behind the property during the evening. A large variety of birds also visit the property often with their melodies.

Avalon Gardens hosts weddings and other events from time to time (but not during your stay unless you also booked an event). Thus, no parties or events are allowed unless confirmed by the host.
