Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Boutique flat on the 'coast of the gods' in Parghelia/Tropea in Calabria. Refurbished and renewed in 2020. Max. 4 pers. No animals Living room and fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob. 2 bedrooms with double beds and spacious closets. Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! Airco, WIFI , safe, parking in front of the door.

Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Impressive apartment in a villa with a garden just a few steps from the sea. The house offers fine finishes and has all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant vacation. The garden will be finished shortly. There are three independent spaces in the villa. Each has its own separate entrance and patio, the garden is shared with the rest of the villa. The house is located a few steps from the sea, in front of large beaches with all amenities during the summer period.

Residenza Gherly is located in a small paradise surrounded by unspoilt nature in a very panoramic position. Our private sandy beach is only 200m from the property. Liberty style villa with historical cultural link entirely designed and decorated by the Sicilian artist Sebastiano Pennisi who dedicated five years of his life to the decoration of the building. The villa is surrounded by half a hectare of citrus (grapefruit, mandarins, oranges, annone, pomegranates); in the avenue there are eleven palm trees and giant cycas.
