Peaceful country cottage near Locquirec beaches

Well located to easily and quickly enjoy the many beautiful beaches around Locquirec, the house is situated in the calm of the countryside surrounded by fields. Ideal location for people who appreciate the countryside, nature and coast. Lots of water sports available (paddle boarding, windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaking, catamaran) and walking (the GR34 coastal footpath and many less known country footpaths taking you through woods and little chapels..). 5 minute drive to shops. ! NO HEATING.

Charming house in the heart of Perros-Guirec

Ar penty is a haven of peace in the heart of the pretty town of Perros Guirec, all shops and restaurants are between 5 and 10 minutes' walk and the two beaches as well as the port are 15/20 minutes' walk. You have a panoramic view of the sea at the end of the street as well as the coastal path. It's a good place to stay, it's comfortable and cozy with two bedrooms (2 double beds) 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, a beautiful kitchen and a warm living room overlooking a nice and quiet landscaped exterior.

Beautiful sea view cottage for 2 people

4**** labeled furnished tourism 2022 . Ty brao is 900m from the 1st beach , 2 minutes drive from the Royal Beach and Gr 34 but also 4 minutes from Trestel Beach, 5 minutes from the village . Lively area with its restaurants, the Ty gwen pizzeria⭐️⭐️⭐️, its surf school... organic bakery. Les filles du bord de mer, bar. Our timber-framed cottage with its large bay windows on a large wooded lot offers a beautiful sea view. We don't receive pets.
