Cabin 16 ‘Duart’ is a cosy cabin,situated in approx 1/4 acre of grassland,almost on the loch side,with a stunning view over Loch Awe. The accomodation consists of: an open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area, two bedrooms and shower room / toilet. There is access to the balcony from the lounge area, where you can enjoy an "al fresco" meal, or simply contemplate the view over a glass of wine or a wee dram.

An open-plan studio cottage features wooden paneling and a cozy ambiance. A spacious bed is positioned against the wall, with soft lighting accentuating the area. To the right, a well-equipped kitchen is visible, with a washing machine and shelves displaying kitchenware.

Dunans Cottage is situated in the beautiful Knapdale Forest 1.9 miles from Cairnbaan within a National Scenic Area. The views are fantastic! The Cottage is off the beaten track but within a traditional farming hamlet with access via a forestry track ( see illustrated map ). Many outdoor and indoor activities are available within the area but the peace and quiet at Dunans are unique.
