The apartment was newly renovated in 2024. It is located on one of the most picturesque streets in the city centre full of restaurants and cafes. A few minutes walk to the food market, Dragon bridge, Prešeren square and other city attractions. In the case of the long-term rental, the expenses for heating, electricity, water, waste, and internet are charged separately. NOTE: city tourist tax is not included in the rental price (3.13 euros per person per night).
