Each house is independent and equipped with every comfort. In the large 1,000-square-meter garden, there is a 12x6 in-ground marble swimming pool with whirlpool and adjacent hot shower, a barbecue area with gazebo, and parking. You can take walks in the woods along the stream and pick seasonal fruits and vegetables from the garden. Our house is adjacent to the three apartments we rent. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery.
