We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. Coolest “Car Cave” Studio+Loft+Nice Private Yard

This unique place is off a dirt alley. It’s past owner turned it into a really cool “man cave”; he even left the big doors so he could live with his motorcycles! We obtained it, did some updating and it turned out really fun! Changed out “man for car” because, well, that’s what it is! Plus ladies love it too! It’s really best for 1 person, a couple or even 3 or 4 friends or siblings that dont mind limited privacy or climbing the steep ladder up to loft where there’s two more double beds.

A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.
