Fabulous Grade 2 Listed Cottage

This unique grade 2 listed cottage was built in circa 1790. It was originally one of 5 cottages for workers of the cotton mill next door whose chimney is still standing (almost in the back garden!). This is said to be part of the oldest sloping roofed terrace left in the world. The property still has some original features including the red and black tiled floor in the living room and original stone fireplaces. The cottage has been lovingly restored and has all the comforts you need.

Beautiful outbuilding situated in the heart of Derbyshire. Outbuilding separated from main house. Shared garden with stunning views of the countryside. This property has its own private entrance and includes off road parking. We live within a quiet small estate that is situated in the heart of Derbyshire. lots of little towns ,Belper is a lovely town with river gardens and lovely boutiques for shopping. Fancy walking or bike riding why not visit matlock or the peak district
