Welcome to “Our Perfect Little Place” to take in all Pawleys Island and The Grand Strand has to offer! **New Flooring - 9/1/26** Our Place consists of a large King bedroom, living room with pull out queen bed, butler’s nook and private patio. You are also have access to a shared foyer, front patio and community pool. We are located near multiple golf courses, amazing restaurants, the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, historic Georgetown & only a mile from the beautiful beaches of Pawleys Island!

One bedroom condo, two queen beds, pull out sofa in the living room, walk in shower. Furnished balcony off the living room overlooks pool area. Many amenities on property include: pools, hot tub, walking/biking trails, private gated beach access, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. Starbucks and dining on location.Come stay at this immaculate condo.

Newly remodeled spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in the classic Litchfield Country Club, just 5 minutes from Litchfield beach. The house includes a large kitchen that has everything you would need to cook a family meal. There is an enormous 2 car garage with a washer and dryer. Also included is 4 beach bike cruisers which can be used to ride to Litchfield beach. The beds are new and comfortable. Restaurants, golf, and grocery stores are close by.

Our Litchfield Beach/Pawleys Island Beach house is located on a low country saltwater creek, with gorgeous views from two screened in porches, a patio area for roasting oysters and a private dock! Beach access is easy, just a 5 minute walk over the little bridge. This home is tastefully decorated with views to die for. Watch the sun go down with a glass of wine while you watch the birds fly by each evening!
