Rated two stars by Gîtes de France, the 35 m2 1-bedroom apartment consists of a small bedroom with a 160 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, equipped kitchenette, two-seater sofa, TV, air conditioning, dressing room, 10 m2 covered terrace, 8 m2 bike storage, washing machine, BBQ. This contemporary interior building is less than 10 minutes from the large lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

CABANE PERCHEE

Unique 10 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, cabin perched on stilts, made by the owner. Built respecting nature, you will be seduced by its 25 m2 terrace in which an oak tree seems to come out of nowhere and offers you its foliage as a roof. The Cabin is built on the family property located at the exit of Capbreton, where we welcome our family every summer in a warm and friendly atmosphere. You will not be isolated but totally independent.

A completely refurbished old residential cottage on fenced and private land with quiet oaks, close to the beaches of Mimizan(12 km), golf, Lake Ste Eulalie (4 km), bike paths and shops. Ideal for all types of stays whether alone, as a couple and/or small family (with a baby you can put an umbrella bed in it) and there is a driver. It is fully equipped. We are located in downtown Soustons. So you have all the shops next door: bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, doctor, cinema... Our mini house is located at the bottom of our garden. Reversible air conditioning that heats in winter and will cool you down in summer. You have a dining area with dishes enclosed by a veranda, a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom, a sleeping area. Large terrace and BBQ Wifi

Small wooden house located in a very quiet and wooded place, on the edge of the forest. Easy access to the beach on foot or by cycle path. For ecological reasons, for one or two nights, bringing your own linen is welcome :) otherwise charged €15 on arrival and upon prior request. L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a raw wood work located at the exit of a small village . It was entirely done by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities.The setting is rural, on a wooded plot not far from the forest. The cottage is located on part of the host's lot and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it seamlessly.

Our small house with a unique and bright style of 40 m², tiny house type, located in the heart of the village of Aureilhan, 1.5 km from the lake, and 9 km from the fine sand of Mimizan beach. Very well served with its bike path and bakery 300 m away, and shopping malls less than 2 minutes away.
