Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Beautiful country house - near Avallon

Very beautiful stone house on the outskirts of Morvan. The house adjoins a 15th century listed castle and is very quietly located in a village near Avallon. Large and opulent, overlooking a large garden, the house consists of a living room, living room and fully equipped kitchen. On the floors are a large master bedroom with a bathroom, two bedrooms with a shower room and a huge bedroom dedicated to children! Equipped terrace, large enclosed garden and foosball/jacuzzi area.

Attached to the end of our long farmhouse is a cosy gite with a wood burning stove...downstairs you'll find a large spacious living room and kitchen with beautiful flagstone floors, exposed wooden beams and an enticing winding stone staircase leading to the first floor bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and two single beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
