The loft is in the Príncipe Real neighborhood, located at the top of one of Lisbon's seven hills, with beautiful city views. It's a neighborhood with palatial buildings, gardens, dynamic shops, and restaurants with famous chefs. The nearest metro station is Rato, yellow line (10 min walking). The apartment have one parking space. Short walking distance from the main historical sites of the city: Bairro Alto, Carmo, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Castelo de S. Jorge, Praça do Comércio. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.
