Apartament Rolniczówka No.2 is an independent part of a house built in 2021. It has two bedrooms with a balcony, two bathrooms with a washer and dryer, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The total area of the apartment is 100m2. The proximity of the trails of the Western Tatras, the Chochołowskie Term, the Witów SKI slope, the bike path around the Tatras, the river and the forests make our place an ideal starting point for active people. The property is fenced in so kids can run around while you enjoy outdoor fireplace or barbecue.

Každý má spálňu pre 2 až 3 osoby a dvojposteľovú obývačku (apartmán 1 je s krbom), dobre vybavenú kuchyňu s jedálňou, samostatné WC a kúpelňu s vaňou alebo sprchou. K dispozícii je aj uzamykateľný suterén pre uloženie vášho vybavenia alebo bicyklov. Vlastné parkovisko a priestranná terasa s prístupom k rieke a možnosťou opekania na otvorenom ohni. We welcome children of all ages, just remember about the open winding stairs inside the building.

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.

There is also a kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, and stove. There is a double bed in the room.
