The apartment is sunny, with an area of 56 m2. It consists of a living room, bedroom, study with access to the balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The apartment is suitable for 2 people maximum. The apartment within its area up to 32 m2 has a kitchenette, double bed, living area with couch and TV. The studio also includes a comfortable bathroom with a toilet and shower. There are no cooking basics in the kitchen.
