A cozy separate apartment with a fireplace in a new family house is located in the village of Sučany, just a few minutes from the city center, ski resorts, beautiful nature suitable for hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, fishing, or swimming in nature or in aquaparks. You can sit in the warm weather in the garden with the possibility of barbecue, or in the cold weather by the fireplace, use the infrared sauna for 2 people. Also there is a travel cot (3rd person), massage services. Infrared sauna and wood is for a fee of 5€/day.

In summer, it is possible to visit the swimming pool in Vrútky or the Lipovecké jazerá, which are a few kilometers away. The UVEA Mediklinik Eye Clinic is just a 10-minute walk away. Companies such as VW, ECCO, MAR SK, GGB Slovakia can be reached in about 8 minutes by car. Free parking is available right in front of the apartment building.

The location offers great opportunities for mountain hiking, cycling trails as well as exploring history and monuments. Parking in a private yard and the possibility of sitting in a beautiful garden.

Stylish studio in the city center. Top location, right at Žilina bus station and 3 minutes (250 meters) walk from the railway station of Žilina if you come by train. Direct connections to Bratislava, Vienna and Prague. On the corner of the building is grocery store COOP Jednota. Main pedestrian street Národná with lot of budget meals is 3 minutes on foot, it leads to Mirage Shoping Center with McDonald's, shops and cinema. Transport hub makes it easy to visit attractions. Paid parking available.

New Apartment South terraces- with private jacuzzi

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

Helena Studio in the center

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.

Also equipped with a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. The room has a double bed.
