We offer three bedrooms, with additional space available at an affordable price, suitable even for larger groups or families. The apartment features an equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. From the windows, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sunset over Lipno. The entire apartment is private and lockable, ensuring your peace, safety, and privacy. We look forward to your visit!

The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

The apartment is close to the area with deer and yet close to the amenities of Lipno nad Vltavou. You won't be disturbed here, so you can listen to the sounds of nature. Sunset evenings on a spacious patio or warm by a fireplace with a cup of good coffee. We welcome families with children, we have a crib, changing table, high chair, and more. For bad days, x boxing is available, but most children will enjoy in the woods, which you look at directly from the patio.

Forget your worries - enjoy the quiet and spacious space. For wellness lovers, relax after hiking in the bathtub. You have everything you need here. In 500 m you are at the nearest small beach, jetty for the boats that take you to the large sandy beach. In 200m in the supermarket and the best soft ice cream is right around the corner! A bike ride on the marked trails relaxes you. Pick fruits in the garden, cherries, plums, apples, and blackberries.
