My place is close to Lipno lake & Lipno village centre & Ski-areal Lipno. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor and indoor large space (private fenced garden), comfy beds, open plan kitchens, fireplace, spacious terrace with an outdoor sauna and large balconies with a lake views = basically home from home. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets) and it's only 500m from the lake Lipno and 250m from the nearest ski-lift @ Lipno ski-areal.

The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling.

The house has two apartments and this one is located on the first floor, it consists of a large living-dining room with terrace, lake view, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. In the immediate vicinity there are tennis courts, beach volleyball, water ski, bars and restaurants.

The "Haus Kaisigen43" can be rented in total and can accommodate up to 10 people. The two 90 m2 apartments can also be booked individually and are each surrounded by balconies where you can enjoy the magnificent sundown.
