Welcome to our newly built guest house, which is located in a quiet and scenic location in the middle of a lively countryside about 20 km southwest of Linköping and about 15 minutes from the E4. In the guest house, there are beds for four people and a sofa bed for two people. As day trips, we recommend Kolmården Zoo, Astrid Lindgren's World, Omberg, Gränna/Visingsö. Within a half-hour trip, you can also get to Old Linköping, the Air Force Museum, Göta Canal and Bergs Slussar, etc. The nearest swimming area is about 2 km away.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Jag och min fru driver även boendet " The View" på samma adress och hoppas att våra gäster kommer bli minst lika nöjda med "The Lake house". Läs gärna recensioner på "The View"

The little white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm big and contains most amenities you need for a few nights. Outside you will find a small undisturbed patio with the raspberry land as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden which offers impact auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.

A wooden dock extends into a calm lake, reflecting the soft hues of a sunset. The surroundings include trees and gentle hills, while a ladder is positioned at the end of the dock for easy access to the water.
