Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. The house has a terrace veranda with stunning sea views. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, double sofa bed) adjacent to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and deckchair.

Casa Blu is a bright Aeolian-style studio apartment in Santa Marina Salina, in the Barone area, right at the beginning of the village. The dominant color is the blue of the beautiful Aeolian majolica and the sea. From the patio you can enjoy an enchanting view of Stromboli and Panarea, a short walk from the sea and essential services, restaurants, typical shops. A 10-minute walk to the port. Behind the main road (pedestrian area). Exterior security cameras are present.

The house is near the small tourist port of the municipality of Malfa. Its location is very central. Through a municipal road, it connects with the center where there are bars/restaurants/various shops/butcher/fishmonger/emergency medical service/pharmacy/supermarket and food stores etc.

The villa is located on 4 hectares of land, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, bordered by the sea on one side and the Liparote hills on the other. It consists of an accommodation center with a separate entrance, outdoor spaces, garden and typical Aeolian terraces.
