Boasting a bedroom with four poster bed and freestanding bath leading into an ensuite with walk in shower. It has a well equiped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable lounge with a leather sofa. Outside you can relax on the patio area or unwind in the hot tub. Accommodation is on the upper floor. Dibley Lodge is well situated for travelling and exploring local villages and towns in Lincolnshire.

A modern mid-terrace town house situated 15/20 mins walk from the beautiful Bailgate shops, bars and restaurants and the breath-taking Cathedral and Castle. Take a walk down Steep Hill and within 10/15 minutes, you'll be in the city centre. (Don't forget you have to come back up the hill!) Free on-street parking to the front of the property, well-equipped kitchen, snug lounge, bath with shower. King-size bed and single daybed. Small enclosed rear garden. Your stay includes a milk & free parking and a small basket of logs (September-March).

It’s lovely luxurious terraced house with everything you could need . A two minute walk is the west common (where my horse Rico lives) lovely for a walk! Take a few minutes drive, or twenty min walk, where you will find yourself in the Bailgate area full of boutique shops and restaurants, and of course the cathedral and castle!

The house is located in a quiet street with the river Witham right next to it. Your space has a private entrance, dedicated parking, and is fully equipped with all you need to have a relaxing stay. The private garden is fully fenced and is pet safe. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the river right outside watching swans flying by. Have a walk to the South Common (5min), Boultham Park(15m) or the city centre(25m) and finish your day in front of the fire pit.
