Heritage holiday house Petrina

Newly renovated family heritage house, situated in the center of the village of Milohnic, just 12 km from the town of Krk and 3 km from the nearest beach . With only 53m2 this house has become a pleasant holiday home. Retaining the existing low door openings, irregular window frames and the former hearth as the heart of the house and gathering of household members, it exudes a rural way of life ;-) Grocery shop and a local cuisine restaurant in just 2 minutes walking distance.

Quiet accommodation for a relaxed family holiday. It offers a swimming pool (waterfall for massage, countercurrent), all rooms are air-conditioned, a garden with a barbecue area, a trampoline, a table tennis table, panoramic sea views, free large parking (possible with one or more motorhomes), the beach is within walking distance . Very quiet, cozy and picturesque place, which borders on a forest and an olive orchard.
