It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Prostrani apartman (90m2) nalazi se u prizemlju obiteljske kuće u vrlo mirnoj ulici 10 min. hoda udaljenoj od prve plaže. Okružen je velikom okućnicom sa puno zelenila, mediteranskih biljaka i visokih borova koje u vrijeme ljetnih vrućina pružaju ugodan hlad. Najistaknutiji dio ovog stana je velika terasa u dva nivoa( 20m2+20m2) koja je mjesto za boravak i uživanje u pogledu na more, zalaske sunca ,zelenilu i cvrkutu ptica s obližnjih stabala u svako doba dana.
